Projects & Staff is an online tool for companies that want to optimize the staffing in different projects. The planning is made easier by using different color codes and by using % for showing how much the staff are planned in different projects and weeks.
Each employee can be invited and have their own account and are then able to (estimate and register ) update their workload per week on each project.
In the project view, all projects are shown together with connected project members (employees and subcontractors). Planned workload for project members can also be viewed.
During the beta testing period the website is free to use.

We’d like to welcome Axel Westerling to Ayond! He’s a graphic designer who studied Interaction Design at Stockholm University. He’s been actively working with design since before that with clients like Företagarna, Sollentuna Kommun and a lot of small businesses and organisations in northern Stockholm.
Here at ayond, he will mostly be doing layout and design, but also a bit of front end development. Axel is born in Stockholm, raised in Sollentuna, and since this year living in his old neighborhoods of Södermalm again. He says that he feels at home there, and very much at ayond too.

Samba + Football = Samba Football Academy!
Samba Football Academy is an organisation very involved and dedicated to children in weak socio-economic areas. Its is a business free of charge for children. In 2014, the founder Erik Johansson, was awarded the prestigious prize ‘The year’s sports role model’ by Friends, a non-profit organisation working with bullying-prevention.
Samba was founded in 2013, and has involved and educated over 10.000 children and teenagers around Sweden in Samba football and the concept ‘Bonito lifestyle’. Through ‘Bonito lifestyle, Erik wants to teach children the core values in football, which are happiness, comradery and creativity.
Ayond has developed the new web site, launched in March 2015, that aims to reach even more children in the need of a community and sense of belonging. The site also addresses companies and municipalities that want to collaborate with Samba Football Academy.
The site focuses on presenting the positive effects of Samba Football Academy to its participants and society as a whole. The site is responsive so that teenagers, with ease, can find information on their mobile phones such as open practices close by. It is also has a instagram flow linked to the website. The connection to social networks allows for a greater sense of community and joy which is something the organisation wants to communicate.
The site is based on a responsive WordPress solution.

What did ayond do?
Ayond has developed the digital strategy for Alfrek together with the launch of its new web site. Furthermore, ayond has been responsible for the User Experience (UX), design and layout as well as the entire web development.
Why is it so good?
Alfrek is unique as it effectively bridges the gap between the business community and research field, enhances and improves the communication between academia and commercial area. Through a smart service, Alfrek, makes research solutions available and easy to find for practitioners in order to implement in their own business. All research findings are packaged in simple and applicable formats. Furthermore, Alfrek opens up for the research community and researchers to market themselves, their know-how and research findings to a business arena.
We are glad to announce that we now are working with Husqvarna. This frame agreement is within User Interface (UI) services. Our first work together started in March 2015.
Husqvarna Group is a world leading producer of outdoor power products including chainsaws, trimmers, robotic lawn mowers and garden tractors.
The Group is also the European leader in garden watering products and a world leader in cutting equipment and diamond tools for the construction and stone industries. The Group’s products and solutions are sold under brands including Husqvarna, Gardena, McCulloch, Poulan Pro, Weed Eater, Flymo, Zenoah and Diamant Boart via dealers and retailers to end-customers in more than 100 countries. Net sales in 2014 amounted to SEK 33 billion, and the Group had more than 14,000 employees in 40 countries.
Ayond is currently working with development, support and maintenance of Däckia’s intranet and extranet, both are built with EPiServer. The extranet is used by Däckia’s partners where they, among other things, do onward invoicing. The extranet EPiServer platform is fully integrated with Däckia’s business system Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
The development phase consisted of many fast and small releases, first internally and then to smaller groups of users before releasing to all partners. This agile way of working was beneficial to both us and Däckia where they could choose to add features from a backlog on a weekly basis, keeping them in full control over scope.
Before that a prestudy had been made focusing on UX (User Experience). Key questions to answer was about the target groups, what were their motivations and frustrations and which ones were more important. After that series of wireframes (iterations) was made to accomodate their needs focusing only on the most important features.
Thanks to the new solution, Däckia and their partners avoids a time consuming and manual handling of onward invoicing.
Däckia, www.dackia.se, is one of largest tire service shops in Sweden with over 90 Däckia shops and 65 partners from Ystad to Kiruna. Däckia is owned by Pirelli and had a turnover of 900 million SEK in 2012.
Ayond has signed up for a new office space at Slottsbacken 8. The building will become one of Stockholms most exiting office locations for entrepreneurs and innovative companies. The landlord has earlier started ”Entreprenörskyrkan” in Stockholm and are now scaling up the concept in the new building at Slottsbacken.
We believe that the new office will further enhance our vision to be an innovative, agile and open minded company. The new office space will also give us a possibility to take on more in-house projects and potential for expanding and growing our business in a flexible way.
