Magazine subscription for consumers and publishers

ayond has conducted a pre-study concerning strategy and usability to provide guidelines for Titeldata’s website handling magazine subscriptions called Prenservice, which was released in 2012. The result is now used to redesign the system to provide a better user experience for their clients and at the same time increase focus on a set of business goals.

Today Prenservice manage the whole subscripton process for numerous publishers including costumer service and e-commerce. An interesting challenge will be to handle the different target groups, subscribers and publishers and their different needs, without compromising the user experience.
